Our shipping fee is $16.50 for all orders under $220
Free shipping is offered for orders over $220
Estimated dispatch within 48-72 hours during business days only.
Returns
We accept returns within our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of purchase. Please make sure to provide the item in its original package with all components of the package as originally received. Return freight charges are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable by Smoke Alarms Plus. Approved refunds will be less a $22.00 re-stocking fee. The sender maintains responsibility for goods until they have been confirmed delivered and received.

Pricing Policy: Prices are set at the time of purchase and are subject to withdrawal, correction or alteration. We reserve the right to not honour typographical errors on prices.
Acceptance of Orders: Smoke Alarms Plus reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In addition, the completion of the checkout process does not indicate acceptance of an order. If an order is cancelled no transaction will occur and your details will be handled as detailed in ‘OUR PRIVACY POLICY’.
Limitation of Liability: All products sold are to be used at your own risk. Under no circumstances is Smoke Alarms Plus liable for the following: (1) Third party claims against you for damages, (2) Loss of, or damage to you or your property (3) Consequential damages, or incidental damages – defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website. Smoke Alarms Plus liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us. All of the products that we sell are to be used at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor installation or use. Once shipped, goods become the property of the customer who will then have consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier.
Warranty: All products come with a manufacturers warranty against manufacturer defects starting from the invoice date. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Our warranty does not apply to any item that has been modified, abused, or misused. Products are not warranted in regard to suitability for your use. The customer is responsible for making sure that the products are suitable for the use they intend. Smoke Alarms Plus reserves the right to repair or replace defective items under warranty as we see appropriate. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any return product back to Smoke Alarms Plus. The replacement or repaired item will be returned to the customer at the cost of Smoke Alarms Plus. Customers must ship the item back to Smoke Alarms Plus using a reputable carrier that can provide proof of delivery.
